Battle of Britain Cycle Challenge · 6 September 2016

The RAF Benevolent Fund is the RAF's leading welfare charity. We have been there for all members of the RAF Family for over 100 years. Last year we assisted more than 70,000 members of the RAF Family. Support us in 2024 and help us reach even more members of the RAF Family.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Having served 18 years in the RAF I know what a great charity the RAF Benevolent Fund is for both serving and ex-serving RAF personnel.  The RAFBF is the RAF's leading welfare charity with a proud tradition of looking after its own. They are there for all serving and former members of the RAF as well as their partners and dependent children.

The Challenge will see me cycle from Paris to Geneva over the course of 4 days.  I'll be averaging 90 miles a day with the total covered 363 miles and 7,556 metres of climbing joy! - The equivalent of climbing Ben Nevis 5.5 times!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I'll keep you posted as my training progresses!
