Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Danny passed away with his wife Andrea, son Bradley and daughter Ashley by his side in the early hours of Wednesday 3rd June. Danny was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017 and continued to fight with courage, selflessness and humour right to the end.
Throughout his battle Danny continued to protect those closest to him and didn’t want people to worry about him, he let very little people know about his health until he could no longer.
Danny enjoyed playing golf and was a member at Crompton and Royton Golf club for over 40 years. One of his best golfing achievements was winning the Royton Sword. Danny loved walking his dogs and his wife Andrea has many fond memories of the antics that occurred while walking them. Danny was a life long Manchester City fan where he had season tickets and even named his two dogs Silva and Eti after his beloved blues.
Danny was successful, hard working, caring and will be missed by many. The family ask that donations go to Cancer Research UK so they can carry on their life saving work.
