Team: Remembering Zoe Jacobs
My cousin Zoe passed away on the 17/03/2006, when she was 15 years old, from Leukemia.
I remember Zoe being extremely talented at Art and i'll never forget hearing Zoe sing at her brother's Bar-Mitzvah. When i saw her she was always either smiling or laughing, and making jokes.
The main thing that Zoe has taught me in my life to this day, which she always used to do, is to just be yourself.
I'm personally doing this 3 peak challenge because I feel i'm lucky enough to be alive, and be able to attempt this challenge.
I feel there is no greater motivation in my life to complete this challenge (on the 07/08/2013) than knowing i will be able to raise money for the Anthony Nolan charity which helps numerous amounts of people everyday with blood cancer.
This is a short video which shows a bit about what the Anthony Nolan Trust does and how it affects peoples lives: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ovj7CTQ9t7k
fundraising can help with so many different things- education, recruiting donors, providing translplants and research- but joining the register can help directly save a life.
Any donations are extremely appreciated!
Thank you
