****WALK NOW ON THE SAT 7th and SUN 8th OF MAY***
A healthy mind is equally as important as a healthy body but it's fair to say that there is still a gap in terms of support and funding.
After a challenging 2015 for me personally , I thought that I would spend a bit of my time in 2016 raising money , and all important awareness for a great charity that supports a number of worthy social care projects.
