As I am no doubt you are all aware, I'm not the fitest of men right now!! But  I, along with Chris, Ed and Adam, have taken up the challenge to complete the Tour de Moor in aid of St. Lukes Hospice. I will be riding 35 miles, across Dartmoor, from Coypool to Princetown, and back on the 14th October 2012. Please feel free to join us en-route where my pain will be all too aparent!!
