Jakes 250k in 30 days For NHS charity

Jakes 250k in 30 days!!! · 10 May 2020
With all that’s going on my eldest son Jake(10) has decided he wants to do his bit and try and raise some money for an NHS charity by running 250k in 30 days Starting this Sunday 10/05/2020.
He has decided that he wants to raise money for the NHS Noah’s Ark children’s hospital, as this is the hospital his mum works for as a nurse and he is extremely proud of her and the way she still goes to work through these difficult times and uncertain times. The Job they are doing in these scary times is fantastic and extremely brave. All of the NHS staff are hero’s!!! 👏🏻👏🏻
The crazy thing about this fundraiser is he is dragging me (David Day) his dad along for the ride. I myself am extremely proud of the job my wife Kayleigh Day and all the staff at the NHS Noah’s Ark Children’s hospital for wales do. The whole of the NHS is remarkable and all are hero’s, so this is our small contribution to the cause.
Please help him out on his journey by giving donations or even by sharing his page.
Thanks
Jakes original Target was £500. Due to the generosity of everyone we have revised this a few times and now he has decided to go for the £3000. Incredible!! Thanks for your support.
Well Jake finished the 250k in 29 days. Cardiff city FC then informed us that he could run Day 30 in the stadium. On day 30 he decided to make his total up to 253k to take him to 6 marathons in total!! What a phenomenal effort from the little man!!! Jake you have been amazing!! 🏃♂️💪🏻🏃♂️💪🏻
I hope you raise as much money as possible for the charity!! Well done little man. Please leave it a little while before anymore massive events for Dads legs to recover!!
Thank you to all that have donated so far. Please share our page to show everyone Jakes amazing efforts and to raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity. 🌈 🌈🌈
