I am a young 74 year old who served for 23 years with the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders and a further 15 years with the Royal Signals. I have seen active service in Borneo, Malaya, Aden and Northern Ireland and appreciate what our forces do on a daily basis during operations, such as Afghanistan.

The Royal British Legion is a very worthy cause providing support to serving and ex-serving members of H.M. Forces and their families. To raise funds for this cause I will be taking part in my very first Skydive. I hope to land on my feet after leaping from a plane at approximately 10,000 feet over Seville in Spain.
