I ran the Flora London Marathon in 2001 in 3.31.26... The pessimist in me would settle for just beating this time... The optimist in me wants to run 3.15 (good for age) so perhaps the realist in me says it will be somewhere in between.... Whatever the outcome, I don't underestimate how much more I will have to train 16 years on, if I am to give it a good go, and I can't think of a better local charity to be seeking to support along the way!
