Last year my brother and sister in law lost their 1st baby prematurely, to a severe form of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Having witnessed what they have endured and have lost, I am extremely keen to do what I can to raise awareness of this awful condition as well as raising awareness to the excellent work undertaken by the charity, who provided information and support to my family members when they needed it the most.

I feel that one of the most appropriate ways for me to support the charity to raise as much money as possible, is by challenging myself to cycle the Devon Coast-Summit-Coast, taking me from Ilfracombe on the north Devon coast, to Plymouth on the south, via the highest point in the Southwest, High Will hays on Dartmoor. This ride is 113 miles long with over 6,600 feet of up hill climbing. I hope to complete it in 10 hours. I'll be doing this on 14th July 2017.
