In October I am competing in the 2011 Bupa South Run, and in the process i will be raising lots of money for a charity very close to my heart - CLIC Sargent.

CLIC Sargent did alot for a dear friend of mine - Ryan Goldsmith, and now i would like to help them put smiles on the faces of young people with terminal illness, helping them and their loved ones cope.
