I have decided to carry out this walk in memory of our beautiful friend Jan. Jan passed away at the end of 2015. She had suffered with MND for some time, a terrible disease that effects all the family and friends. So MNDA needs our help to fight the disease and help those who suffer the shocking effects.

I am going to walk the South West Coastal path from Plymouth to Lymington, it's about 250 miles. I start on the 1st May with a proposed completion on the 20th May. I hope to have in place daily updates on my progress that you will be able to log into.

Please help me to raise funds for the flight against MND.
