Story
In the not to distant future (either the 5th or 6th Nov 2009) i am going to be doing a sponsored headshave in aid of cancer research.
The aim is to go from something that closley resembles cousin it as can be seen in my pic, to the very fashionable look of uncle fester........
whilst there are several reasons for me doing this the main ones are:
1. I recently lost a close relative to this terible disease.
2. I have recently celebrated 10yrs of being clear of stage1 hodgekins lymphoma.
3. I have close friends that have been affected by this terrible disease either directly or indirectly.
Cancer is becoming more common than we realise all i ask is that you donate as little or as much as can be spared to aid me in my fundraising.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
