Great Wall of China Bike Ride · 14 May 2010

Cocoa 's mission is to improve the conditions for babies and children in China's orphanages, by enhancing their quality of care and providing equipment, medicine and trained staff. Cocoa is a non denominational UK registered charity founded in 1995.

Story

I'm off on another adventure - this time it's China!

This one's going to be a real challenge. I'll be with a small group of 20 bikers. The ride starts in the village of Yanqing, north of Beijing city. Each day I will cycle 90kms in the shadows of the Great Wall, visiting ancient Ming Tombs and Black Dragon Pools National Park along the way. Should be coooooooooooool.

I'm hoping to rise £500 for the charity Cocoa -  Care of China's Orphaned and Abandoned.

And don't worry, all the money raised will go to the charity. I'm financing the trip with 100% of my own money.
