Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Brighton Marathon for Chestnut Tree House which is a children's hospice based in Sussex that provides specialist palliative care to children and young adults with progressive life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses. You can find out more about the fantastic work they do and the real difference they make to peoples' lives here:

I am running the marathon with my friend and colleague Charlie Morrish whose mum works for the charity. This is my first marathon and I think I must be mad for signing up - but I could hardly say no to such a worthy cause.

We are aiming to complete the marathon in sub 4 hours 30 mins - but to be honest I will be happy to finish even if I am crawling down Madeira Drive and dragging myself over the finish line behind the man in the old diving suit!
