I am (surprisingly I know!!) taking part in a 60 mile charity bike ride in memory of my father Ken Parsons who we sadly lost to cancer.

Music was a massive part of my fathers life and we are trying to raise £15,000 for an amazing music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins in Scotland which I know he was a massive supporter of.
