Story
On Monday 31st October I will be sleeping out in London to raise money and awareness for Depaul UK. I and my family lead lucky lives: and I have recently got to know the great people at Depaul. For more than 25 years Depaul has worked with homeless, vulnerable young people moving them from the streets to a home, a job and a positive future. They pride themselves on working with those that most need. Look for example at their great "Nightstop" programmes all over the country where ordinary people open their homes to young people. OK, I know one night out ain't exactly that much of a hardship - I will soon be back in my own comfortable SAFE bed - but I hope it gives YOU the chance to also help. Thanks so much in advance. David

Depaul UK helps young people aged 16-25 who are sleeping rough or without a safe permanent home. Every year they provide emergency accommodation and longer-term support to 3,700 young homeless people in crisis.
The people they support are some of the most disadvantaged and isolated young people in the UK. Many have experienced rough sleeping and come from extremely challenging circumstances.
Depaul believe that every young person deserves a home and a stake in their community which is why they work to provide the stability and support these young people need to progress beyond homelessness.
