Story

Thanks for clicking through!

I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for SANDs.

Please donate as much or as little as you wish - it all makes a difference and is a very worthy cause.

I will be competing in an online event on Zwift with L'Equipe Provence on my Turbo Trainer. The route is the most difficult one that I am aware of and covers every bit of road on the map as well as all of the hills!

Uber Pretzel - 128.8km total distance & 2,381m total elevation.

I'm planning on keeping going to 100 miles/160.9km (if my legs still work). This would be longer than some Tour de France or Giro D'Italia stages and, as you may or may not know, I'm not that good!

Zwift simulates the gradient and difficulty so this will be just as difficult as it would be in real life. The last climb is a 1:1 scale of Alpe d'Huez!

I anticipate that this will take somewhere over 5 hours and I will be consuming lots of Haribo and going through multiple bottles of water.

It's an open event so feel free to join.
