Hi Everyone,

well its taken me a little while but eventually I have signed up to run the Great North Run, raising money for a local charity Cancer Connections.

As most of you will be aware in June 2015 I was disagnosed with Classical Hodgkins Lymphoma, it was a difficult time for me and those around me but on 5th August 2019 I was offcially told I am cured and discharged from the care of the NHS.

During my illness Cancer Connections offered fantastic support. and I would like to give something back so they can continue to help and support those who find themselves in similar situation I was in.
