Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Well I completed the Stroke Resolution 10K on Mothers Day with extra special meaning, a step up from my 5K run last year. On Sunday 17 April I take on the Great Edinburgh 10 mile run as part of my commitment (or madness) and in remembrance of Mum and Dad. What happens after this run will have to wait and see as10 miles is unchartered territory for me and my nerves are strung......... on the bright side I will have Ben running with me. :-)

Any sponsorship I receive will go to help raise funds for the Stroke Association to help those that are affected by a stroke, need support and help research better ways to combat the life changing effects of a stroke. So far you have helped me, Ben and Pip raise over £370.00 in aid of Stroke - Thank you so much.

Mum lived with heart problems for a lot of her life and needed a pace maker and was affected by a stroke. So in memory of Mum (1929-2014) and Dad (1923-2006) I ran my first Men's 10K on the 1/11/15 and also the MoRun10K on the 7/11/15.
