Hello all,

Doing this half marathon in memory of my Dad,you may have known him as Tony, Anthony,Uncle, The old man, or Cocky!  I started running about 4 years ago after Jackie's breast cancer ,i did a 10k run (for Mcmillan) Then after watching Nigel do the marathon last april, thought i could do a half marathon,As training has involved about 20-25 miles a week for about 6 months, So i thought i would try to raise some money for the Alzheimer's society.
