Thank you for taking time to visit my fundraising page. I am braving the Maggie's Southampton Spinnaker 100 Abseil challenge, raising money to support people affected by cancer.

Maggie's is a charity that provides care and support for tall those affected by cancer. They offer a space where people can come for advice and support during and following some of the most difficult times that they are going through. Whether that be specialist advice and support from Cancer Support Specialists, emotional support from Psychologists, or financial support from the Benefits team. Maggie's also provide spaces where people can connect with others going through similar experiences, reducing those feelings of isolation. 

Maggie's offers a full programme of support, whether that be practical courses and workshops around sleep and stress, or more reflective spaces including bereavement, living with cancer, and family and friends spaces. It is also wonderful to see how Maggie's offers support through exercise classes, yoga, art and nutrition.

Donating and showing support for Maggie's really makes a difference to those affected by cancer. Maggie's can continue to offer this support, whilst growing in terms of offering more to what is needed and reaching more people.
