Raising money to fight Congenital myotonic dystrophy

Story

Well then let's do this!! I am not a runner, in fact I will find any excuse possible to avoid exercise, that's why with under 4 weeks to go until the Great South RunI am in slight panic mode!! I need to find the strength and stamina to somehow run 10 miles. It's going to be slow, it's going to be painful and it's going to be a struggle! So how am I going to do it???

I'm going to do it by thinking of our beautiful and courageous son Rhys who every day faces this struggle. Rhys was born with Congenital Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy a degenerative neuromuscular disease that causes him many challenges but Rhys bravely tackles most things and does so with great determination and a cheeky grin. So I'm taking a leaf out of his book and promise to do this for him with every scrap of determination I have, although the grin may just be a grimace!!!

Please dig deep and help Rhys and the many others like him
