Only one week to go, before I start the long walk (75 miles) from Northampton to Great Ormond Street Hospital. Please help me on my way by sponsoring me and supporting this very worthwhile charity. Many thanks. Dawn xxx

I really do hope you can support us on our 75 mile walk from Northampton to GOSH.  Charlotte has been treated at great Ormond Street Children's Hospital from birth, as she is nearing 16, she can no longer be treated at this wonderful Children's Hospital after July. We are embarking on this walk to mark the end of this chapter in her wonderful life. Charlotte's family are eternally grateful to GOSH for all that they have done for her in all her years of treatment there.

We have committed to this walk so please help us on our way by donating to our cause. I, will do my utmost to complete it on foot,and not in an ambulance!
