I am running the Folkesworth 15miles (and hilly!) on 22nd January followed by the Cambridge Half marathon on 5th March and Finally Vitality 10k in London 9th July.

I've decided to fundraise for Contact a Family -A charity I am priveledged to work for and see how your donations are used  to support families of additional needs and disabled children -including workshops and wonderful fun days to bring families together and make great memories.....

‘Contact a Family is a national charity giving free support to the families of around 20% of the 800,000 disabled children across the UK, whatever
their condition, whenever they need it, wherever they live. Their vision is that families with disabled children feel valued and are strong, confident and able to make the decisions that are right for them. The charity brings families into a network of support both from other families going through the same thing and from our national services including workshops, a Helpline, information service, online support, and campaigns. ‘

There are thousands more families who need support, which is why the charity’s aim is simple- to reach more families, and reach them sooner.
