As you know I (Deb) signed up to run in 2023 but deferred my place as I wasn’t ready, So I am now running in 2024 with my old running buddy Dan by my side 😊  This is my page I set up for last years race and unfortunately I cannot change the date of event but have been able to extend the close date so both Dan and I can use it for our run next year and keep all of our sponsors together .

We will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in April 2024 to raise money for Breast Cancer Now in loving memory of our beautiful and brave Lauren and everyone who is battling this horrible disease.

Lauren - Debs Cousin and goddaughter - battled this awful disease with amazing bravery. She didn't give up and lived life to the fullest with her gorgeous children Penny and Arthur.  She was a beautiful person inside and out and is missed so so much.

‘Lauren and I had spoken many times about me getting back into running.... and when I saw the chance to do this for this charity, I thought what better way.  It is going to be a big task as I have not run properly for years, so starting from the beginning... but I will do my very best and with Dan to support and run it with me, I know we can do it’ - Deb

We hope we can raise a lot of money to support people who are affected by breast cancer and to help with research.
