Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am hoping to raise money whilst getting fit! Whilst I can walk on level ground for a fair distance, walking up hill has been really hard work for quite a while. Having a form of arthritis means hills are a real challenge for me. I haven't walked up any for years, so am starting to do some walking around Yorkshire to get me into it. The Fell Rescue Association do such amazing work and I think it is a really worthwhile cause.

So, I'm planning on walking 2 peaks, Buckden Pike and Great Whernside, a total of 13.5 miles in 1 day- not a massive distance but the ascent is key for me- it would be a major achievement personally and I've never attempted anything like this before!
