Dementia Care Team's Have a little faith song

Dementia Care Team Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is raising money for Imperial Health Charity

Have a little Faith Song · 30 September 2020

Imperial Health Charity helps their hospitals do more through grants, arts, volunteering and fundraising. They fund major redevelopments, research and medical equipment as well as helping patients and their families at times of extreme financial difficulty.

Story

Have a Little Faith was made for a special patient who we looked after in hospital. She said we could share the video with you.

We are raising funds to support our work with patients in our hospitals, St Mary's, Charing Cross, Hammersmith, Queen Charlottes and Western Eye. We use the money to buy all sorts of things which make being in hospital easier for a person with dementia. We find out what matters to a person and then try to make it happen with visits, crafts, games, electronics, food, clothes or anything which will make it better for that person.

Last year this ranged from a visiting farm, craft kits and cuddly toys to alcohol free wine and isolation activity packs for our patients.

We hope you enjoy the song and thank you so much for your support.
