I lost my granddad to this heartbreaking disease so am trying to do my bit by helping raise money towards this charity.

Alzheimers can affect any one of us at some point in life whether it be taking hold of us individually or a loved one. I've previously only braved 5K taking part in Race for Life & Jo's Cervical Cancer Trusts Walk for Fun so I'm hoping to make it to the finish line of this 10K...... Wish me luck xxx
