On September the 6th 2009 I intend to attempt the impossible and run 10k. (Failing that - walk, failing that - crawl, failing that - in a Hurst). It's an organized event (www.cardiff10k.com), so I'm not trying to cheat you out of money, all money raised will go to the Kidney Wales Foundation. I'm sure you'll agree a new kidney is something one of us might need later on in life so why not invest now and be happy in mind knowing you've helped your own cause!!!!
