I will be taking part in a sponsored walk on Sunday 8th May in aid of helping people like myself who have been diganosed with AS.  All proceeds will go to the National Ankylosing Spondiltis Society, to help them with further research and raise awareness into the condtion, so please help me to support what i feel is a worthy cause!
