It has been brought to my attention, by my long suffering friends, that I have the inability to be quiet.  Whilst I agree with this statement to an extent, as I am generally quiet between the hours of 2am and 6am on a daily basis, I do feel that that this statement does however, hold some truth. 

I have decided to do a sponsored silence on Thursday 18th March 2010 between the hours of 9am - 3pm.

Due to the difficulty of this task, sponsors are welcome by the hour.
