Hello We, Rod and Diane are Cycling to Brighton from Clapham it's 54 miles!!  We are hoping to raise £250 for the British Heart Foundation.  We have been training a little! the furthest I  (Di) have ridden is 28miles, I just really hope I get to the finish line that day!  I am sure with a very sore bottom!   Anything you can donate will be really appreciated, thankyou so much.  Don't forget to watch the event on Telly -Sunday 19th.

We made it!  It took 7 hours and there were a lot more hills than I expected.....it was quite challenging!  Great fun, really enjoyed it , met some fun people on the way, good atmosphere.  My chain fell off and got tangled up at 42miles and I got a bit frustrated, but managed to get it fixed.and we had a huge downpour about 10 miles from the finish!  The hardest part was Beacon Hill, really really hard even pushing your bike up but great when you get to the top.  Thank you so much to everyone who supported us and helped raise money for the British Heart Foundation really appreciate it. x
