A stroke strikes every 5 minutes and it can easily completely alter lives. The Stroke Association helps support people to rebuild their lives after stroke by providing specialist support, funding critical research and campaigning to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support to rebuild their lives. 

This is a cause close to my heart as last year my family suffered from 2 massive hits due to stroke. Firstly my uncle suffered from a stroke and is still in recovery and then my dad sadly passed away just a few days after he had a stroke. 

Please give generously to this special and vitally important cause. 

To make things especially hard for myself, I’ve decided to try to run 2,500km in 2022 as well as the Jersey Marathon!
