Head to Toe is the charity for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT). We help our amazing NHS staff to provide even better care and treatment by enhancing the services that CPFT provides, supporting people of all ages receiving mental health, community and social care across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

5 of us achieved the 1 million step target last year during November 2017.  Head to Toe's sponsored step challenge is back again and this year I have managed to get 10 people (2 teams) to join me to get off the office chair and get moving during September 2018.  This year, however, they have stepped up the challenge to 2 million steps in a month.  We have already logged how many steps it is to the photocopier, to the loo, and the franking machine.  Some of us will be swimming, running and converting steps but most of us will be dog walking, taking the lunch time circular route round Doddington village, going on organised walks at weekends and just plain stepping out for the charity.  So, please support us and help encourage us through our steps journey during Steptember.
