It's been coming up to ten years since the initial launch of Doha Jazz's charity CD "Blues On The Corniche". Since then we have also launched "Jazz From The Sands", hosted several charity gala events to raise over £25,000 for cancer research UK!

Of my 20 years living and working in Qatar, this is undoubtedly my proudest achievement and I would like to thank everyone involved for their time and efforts;

The initial sponsors, The Commercial Bank Of Qatar, (without whom this would not have happened) The W hotel (who let us use their fantastic facilities without charge) and of course the many musicians in Doha Jazz (and elsewhere) on the 2 CD recordings; Mike, Matteo, Dan Sara, Jason, Mary, Christine, Keith, Dmitri et al, Glen, Oleg, James, Guy, and many more musicians who performed at our sell out Gala Dinner Events.

I hope we can continue to sell CDs and raise money for this excellent cause.
