Pancreatic Cancer Action is the only UK charity dedicated to saving lives through early diagnosis. Pancreatic cancer is the 5th biggest cancer killer and the 10th most common cancer in the UK. Your support means we can continue to raise awareness of the symptoms to ensure early diagnosis.

Story

The Facts:

Pancreatic Cancer is very much under-funded despite the fact it is the 5th most common cause of cancer deaths in Europre and the USA. In the UK:

> Over 7,600 people are diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer every year

> Fewer than 20% survice more than one year

> Less than 3% survive more than five years

> Survival rate has barely improved over the last 50 years

Pancreatic Cancer Action is a charity soley funded by public donations, they do not recieve any government funding. It is a charity whose sole aims are to fund research into improving early diagnosis and provide funding for critical information to those current diagnosed and dealing with this disease.

I am extremely grateful for any donation made, small or large, all will contribute to a very good and needed cause. So if you are making a donation or supporting... Thank you very much!
