In October 2012 my father was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer which had progressed to Stage 4 and had already spread.  He wasn't given very long to live, and to say it was a shock was an understatement.

After facing his illness with such a positive attitude and bravery, he sadly lost his fight in August 2013.

I have decided to take part in an Iron Run, as well as other events this year in order to raise money for a number of charities close to my heart and personal experience

This page was created a little while ago, originally for Movember, however, I have kept it open in order to continue to raise money for an under-exposed charity.
