The Snowdrop Trust provides nursing care at home and support for children with life-threatening or terminal illnesses and for their families.  The support it provides is remarkable and I know of several families who have received support.  The granddaughter of a friend is currently receiving treatment for a rare form of childhood cancer and I know how much the family have appreciated the support given by The Snowdrop Trust.

Following cancellation of the Chichester to Chartres cycle ride I made a commitment to undertake a personal cycling challenge to raise funds.  So from 4 to 7 May I am cycling over 180 miles from Exeter to Chichester. The ride will be solo, but I am being supported by friends along the way. The ride will be a challenge, but is minor compared with the much greater challenges faced daily by those supported by The Snowdrop Trust.
