We are getting our running shoes on for the Lady Garden 5K run to raise money for the The Gynaecological Cancer Fund. For those of us that know us, we don't even run for the bus so this 5K will be a challenge. 

Most importantly this is a cause very close to our hearts as we strongly believe that as women we need be able to talk freely about our bodies and our gynecological concerns and flag them when they arise. 

The Gynaecological Cancer Fund's mission is to raise funds for research into improved diagnosis and treatment of the five gynaecological cancers (cervical, overian, womb, vaginal and vulval) and increase awareness of these cancers. Currently these cancers are known as the 'silent killers' and so it's time for change #silentnomore
