Almost a year ago now my dad Alan died after battling pancreatic cancer for 7 years. He never gave up fighting the disease and I'm incredibly proud of him.
He was the best dad you could imagine having and I miss him everyday.
On 27th September me and Rosie are taking part in the Shine Night Walk to raise money to beat pancreatic cancer.
Please sponsor me and/or Rosie and help to beat pancreatic cancer.
Around 24 people are told that they have pancreatic cancer every day. Sadly, survival rates remain very low – often because the disease is diagnosed late.
Sadly, pancreatic cancer has a very poor outlook overall. Of all adults with pancreatic cancer, about 19 in every 100 (19%) live for at least 1 year after they are diagnosed. Only about 4 out of every 100 people diagnosed (4%) live for at least 5 years. And only 3 out of every 100 (3%) lives for at least 10 years.
Cancer Research UK is committed to turning these statistics around by investing in pancreatic cancer research, to save more lives in the future.
Please dig deep and sponsor me. Every pound you donate will help fund their life-saving work.
Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you.
Thanks everyone.

Sleep can wait. Beating cancer can’t.
