I am raising some much needed funds for Clic-Sargent, a charity that supports young people living with Cancer. 

Having experienced first hand the great work that they do when I was in my teens, I can certainly say that all the money raised will go to a very good cause, and will make a big difference to those involved.

I am competing in my first 70.3 Ironman event. the event is a 2KM Swim, 90KM bike ride and a 20KM run. I also have the added pressure of having to try & beat my good friend James, who will also completing his first ironman event.

Those that know me well, will know I spend most of my life on two wheels, however I have never really had to swim a long distance before, so the big challenge for this event is actually making it out of the water alive, or at least having to compete with a rubber ring!
