Campaign by NSPCC (RCN 216401 and SC037717)
Love cake? Love a bit of competition? This April-May it’s time to dust off your apron, channel your inner star baker, and challenge your workmates to the NSPCC’s Battle of the Bakes.

Story

What?
We’re hosting a charity bake off to raise funds for NSPCC, a children’s charity that seeks to prevent child cruelty.

When?
Monday 9th April at 11am - invite to follow.

How do I win?
You have to impress our illustrious panel of judges which includes:
  • Tim ‘Hollywood’ Ogier,
  • Tom ‘Mary Berry’ Markovich,
  • Paula Garcia Domingo, our very own ECoP Instagram food blogger (Eaternationals in case you want to follow), and
  • Charlotte Thake (who has assured me that she’s willing to take bribes).
Bakes can be savoury or sweet and they will be anonymised so make sure you keep your bake secret...

What’s the prize?
A surprise... In case you doubt my ability to buy low cost high impact prizes, ask Jamie Durham about his trip to Poland.

How much does it cost to enter?
Large cash donations are welcome but I recommend a minimum contribution of £2 entry fee for each baker (yes I know it costs money to bake, but it’s for charity!)
For the non-bakers there’s a minimum voluntary donation of £3 to sample the baking delights.

I think this covers the main points but let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers - Rob
