We fund research to stop prostate cancer killing men

Story

Following the success of this event last year, Team Eric Wright will be taking part in Football to Amsterdam 2017 - a gruelling 150 mile bicycle ride over 2 days in 2 countries.

Being such a common disease amongst men, I’m sure we all know someone affected and by helping us to raise cash this will go towards helping others with this very treatable cancer.

Last year we managed to raise an amazing £15,183.00 and we would love to raise more this year and with your help we believe we can!

This event is backed by The English Football League and the League Managers Association.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. Every hour one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 10,800 men every year. 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime.Ignoring prostate cancer won't beat it. Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer. Through shifting the science over the next 10 years to focus on radical improvements in diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and support, we will stop prostate cancer being a killer.

If you could sponsor us even a very modest amount we could make a huge difference.
