On the 12th October I am running the St Maurice Ultra Marathon in the Swiss canton of Valais. With a distance of 68 km and 2048 m vertical gain, it is going to be a difficult day. It would be great if you could help make it worthwhile by donating to my chosen charity, Little Hearts Matter.
