In England we are so blessed to have free medical care.  Zoe has worked as a clinical psychologist for several (!) years, being a part of that provision of healthcare.  But often the most pressing healthcare needs are overseas in war torn areas or deprived areas.  

Medicine Sans Frontier (MSF) is an organisation that provides healthcare to some of the most deprived and hard to reach areas all over the world - from makeshift hospitals and mobile units in Syria, to clinics in war torn areas of Africa that rarely make the news.  It not only provides immediate medical care but provides psychological care - like giving therapy to traumatised people in places like the Sudan or the Congo.  Check out more at http://www.msf.org/msf-activities
