Halton Haven has always been an important part of our community and I always new the important support they provided to families in our community. But around 10 years now my family and I found first hand the specialist support and care they give. Our Mum was coming to the end of her battle with cancer and the care and support they give to her and my family I will never forget so by taking on this incredible challenge, summitting Mount Toubkal, I'm hoping we will be making a huge difference supporting end of life care in their local community. Halton Haven Hospice provides specialist care, completely free of charge, to people of Halton and surrounding areas who are living with end of life or life-limiting conditions.
