I am taking part in an all abilities run to raise money for the charity Leanne works for - Disability Rights UK. The money raised helps Disability Rights UK to continue to work with allies committed to equal participation for all and to break down barriers so that everyone can participate.

The event - Parallel London - is a new disability-led event that has been specifically designed for anyone to participate, regardless of age, disability or health condition. It is intended to be world’s first fully accessible and inclusive mass participation run and the inaugural event will be held on Sunday 4th September 2016 in London’s Olympic Park with runs ranging from 100m to 10km. I am planning on doing the 10k
