Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I heard about Mercy Corps in a talk at school and was really drawn in by their actions and methods. They work in crisis-stricken countries, providing all kinds of aid from the start of the crisis and continuing to provide support after immediate problems have been solved. One of the charity's main projects at the moment is working with countries affected by the refugee crisis and I would really like to help with this. The hair I have cut off will not be going to waste, either, as I plan to donate it to the Little Princess Trust, a charity which provides children in the UK and Ireland who have suffered hair-loss through cancer treatment with real-hair wigs.
