Children and staff at Kings Academy Gomer will be dressing up or accessorising themselves as Elves on Friday 19th December 2025, to raise money for Alzheimer's Society.

Dementia is the UK's biggest killer, it affects us all and devastates lives.

At Alzheimer’s Society they are working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. They have a pioneering research programme and work with leading scientists who are aiming to make breakthrough discoveries to ultimately develop treatments and improve care.

They give help to those living with dementia today, and provide hope for the future. Hopefully, eventually, they will find a cure.

Any donations will be very gratefully received by the charity, so they can invest in research and innovation.
