Dogs Trust is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. We love all dogs, and the people who love dogs too. We care for dogs in need through our network of 22 centres across the UK and Ireland, finding them loving new homes. A dog is for Life, not just for Christmas ©

Story

#everydogtheirday Billie was bought for me for my 13th Birthday. He is a 14 year old West Highland Terrier who is a colorful character and has been a loving best friend to me through my adolescence, college and uni days. Recently I have been battling depression & anxiety, & Billie has never left my side. His gift to me has brought me back to life.

Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago we got the devastating news that he has lymphoma, a type of cancer that is terminal. He will only be with us for a few short months. To mark his life and thankfulness to my lovely boy, I would like to organise a walk at Billies favourite place where he can run freely!

Please come join us at Redcar Beach, meet at Coatham end car park on Saturday 25th March at 10.30am. Dog walkers and non dog walkers! All welcome!

Donations would be greatly appreciated supporting the Dogs Trust Charity.  My mum (who works at Barclaycard) has applied for funds raised to be matched  £ for £ ! So please give all you can, and lets give our Billie the BEST send off!!!!!

'Dogs are not our whole lives, but they make our lives whole'

Thank you!!!
